Jo

Jo is a local singer-songwriter who has taught vocals and piano in the area for the past 10 years. She has worked extensively with several established choirs in the region, as well as coaching local community groups.

Before her teaching career, Jo completed a Modern Drama Studies degree at Brunel University. After achieving a First Class Honours degree in Drama, she went on to pass her Grade 8 ABRSM singing grade, and did an intensive Musical Theatre training at the American Musical Theatre Academy of London, where she passed with distinction in Drama and Vocals.

Jo believes in the power of music for the masses and in making musical experiences accessible to as many people as possible. Jo aims to make her sessions as fun and engaging as possible for all involved.
